We provide modular service packages for singles, couples and families, which can be easily tailored to the needs of HR. Of course, our assistance also blends in perfectly the wishes and the schedule of the relocating employee.

1 day information tour in selected city/region accompanied by professional relocator.

Goal is to establish real and realistic expectations over the new location. The program also serves to foster a proposed assignment. 

 

The search for a new apartment or a house (rent or purchase) is a focal point in every relocation process.

We are experts in this field. Our comprehensive services comprise the complete organization of the seardh until a property contract has been signed.

Option: Embedded in the home search we provide for interviews in selected schools/nurseries/etc. 
We have the most accurate information and actural status of all schools available whether international, bilingual, private or public schools.

We can view about 6 to 10 properties per day, which imporves largely the chances of finding the best property on the market, at that time.

We present the application file, negotiate best contract terms and are lobbyst for the client.

We assist with payments, handover of property, start-up meters

Our modular concept covers the "soft" relocation issues, such as:

  • Finding a temporary, furnished apartment on arrival
  • Removal management
    ->Elaborate furnishing offers (shipment of furniture or local procurement options)
    ->Coordinate the move-in
  • Arrange ITC services
  • Provision of handyman, household help or other specialist personnel
  • Information about language schools, clubs, medical services, etc.
